An AI-powered business system that seamlessly automates the entire used car export workflow — from vehicle data collection and registration at auctions, master data construction, automatic monthly payment calculation, to delivering optimal customer proposals via LINE, PDF, and dedicated URLs. Built on a 4-layer architecture on Google Cloud infrastructure, with future plans for AI-powered value prediction to maximize profitability.
Challenge
Used car export operations involved numerous manual tasks including retrieving vehicle information from auctions, inventory management, price calculations, and creating proposal documents for customers. Particularly for overseas exports, exchange rate fluctuations and shipping cost calculations added complexity, requiring fast and accurate responses.
Solution
Built a 4-layer architecture on Google Cloud (data collection layer, master management layer, calculation engine layer, proposal delivery layer) to fully automate the process from auction data collection to customer proposal delivery via LINE, PDF, and dedicated URLs. AI-powered automatic master data construction and optimal monthly payment calculation significantly reduced operational workload.
