Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for use of all services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by BYPASS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
